EA – Evolutionary Astrology has a way of looking at aspects and phases that helps you understand the karmic implications of any planetary pair, or aspect between two planets.
In this workshop, Laura will present the theory of why we would use them; then take a walk through the 8 phases, putting aspects into the context of the phases in which they fall. You’ll also be given a tutorial on how to calculate the phases between any two planets . . .by hand.
Don’t worry, I’ll also show you a short cut in Solar Fire software. Bring your chart, I will be drawing examples from the workshop participants.

Laura Nalbandian is a 2nd-generation astrologer, practicing and teaching astrology since 1986. She is the owner/coordinator of NORWAC – The Northwest Astrological Conference, established in 1984, by her mother Maggie Nalbandian. Her mother also started Astrology Et Al Bookstore, which she managed from 1983-91. She founded and coordinated ROMAC03 (Rocky Mountain Astrology Conference); was hired as the coordinator for UAC2002 & UAC2018 (United Astrology Conference); served as a Track Coordinator for UAC2008 and served as the UAC2012 Pre-registrar. She has presented at NORWAC (since 1989), ISAR05, EA06, 11 & 12, UAC08, 2012, & 2018; the River of Stars Conference in 2011 and the Belgrade Astrology conference 2013, FAA in Australia in 2014 and the AA conference in England in 2018, as well as all across the US. Laura is one of the original founding board members of Kepler College, and served as the Recording Secretary and a brief stint as President of the Board. Laura is a past Vice-President, past treasurer, and current President of the Washington State Astrological Association.
Laura has been teaching for more than 33 years; and has just launched the first year of SoulWise School of Evolutionary Astrology with Patricia Walsh and Rose Marcus.
From 1993 until 1996, Laura was with a local radio station doing a weekly spot; she also was a frequent guest on the Laura Lee show, and had her own internet broadcasted show – “Astrology Talk” from 1998-1999. Laura was a regular guest on “Guiding Stars with Kristin Fontana” for 5 years.
