Declination is a fundamental measurement in astrology, and helps us make sense of time, seasons, light and the visibility of planets and stars in the sky. We will discover what declination is, why it is so important, how to measure it, and see a few applications of its power come to life. By tracking the changes in planetary declination, we can see how they have “parallel” side-stories with each other and with the stars. This hidden dimension unlocks a new tool for interpreting planets and stars, in natal charts, in transits, and even in progressions. The focus will be on natal applications, with a brief look at timing towards the end of the talk, with time for Q&A as well.

Cameron Cassidy is an astrologer & yoga teacher from Salem, MA. He is also an instructor for Kepler College, as well as the editor for the CAELi Review astrological journal. Centered in the eyes of ancient Babylonian & Egyptian astrology, Cameron blends old & new traditions, seeing where intersections create avenues for eye-opening awareness of the heavens. With his background in both traditional and modern schools of astrology, he speaks for astrology groups around the country, sharing his insights on weaving a more holistic and grounded approach to ancient astrology.

Living on planet earth is a stressful experience, and it seems at every turn we are triggered into our emotional coping patterns – what soothes us and helps us get through the moment. Laura will explore how the natal Moon shows the coping patterns for each sign, and how to move from simply coping with stress, to functionally dealing with stress.

She is a founding board member of Kepler College,1992; and a founding board member of IAEA, International Association of Ethics in Astrology, 2020. She has served on the board of WSAA for more than 15 years. She has been teaching since 1986 and co-founded SoulWise School of Evolutionary Astrology in 2019.

In Evolutionary Astrology, one of the applications of Uranus is to identify karmic soul trauma. In this workshop, Laura will look specifically at the natal connections between Uranus and the Moon; focusing in on the nature of karmic emotional trauma. This will include any and all astrological contacts, e.g., Uranus in the fourth house, Moon in Aquarius, Moon in the eleventh house, aspects between the two planets, along with other contacts through dispositors and rulers. Laura will explore the karmic intention of these signatures and address possible solutions to resolve the karma. Additional charts will be drawn from those participating in the workshop.

Discover what the planets and houses mean in these charts, how the aspects can express, and what their cycles mean. Each company chart shows the company or organization’s reputation, the products and services, the income streams and profits, customers and vendors, employees, managers and owners, sales, marketing and distribution, legal issues, the foundation and facility, and their blind spot. It also shows the various departments of an organization. Discover which charts to use for which purpose.
