Astrology can help us access and translate the meaning of our dreams, while our dreams yield insights that can further reveal the fount of self-knowledge that we can tap into with astrology.
In this lecture, we’ll explore different ways that we can work with our dreams and astrology, including with the lunar cycle, natal charts, and the kairos (such as the retrograde cycles of the personal planets).
To foster your ability to do AstroDreamwork, Stephanie will share tips from her upcoming book, The Complete Book of Dreams, on how to better recall and capture your dreams, as well as how do the powerful practice of dream incubation. Additionally, we’ll look at some landmark events in the modern history of dreamwork through an astrological lens.
Stephanie Gailing weaves together astrological insights, compassion-based coaching, dreamwork, and flower essence therapy to provide her clients with stellar life guidance. She is the author of Planetary Apothecary and The Complete Book of Dreams, the co-host of the So Divine! podcast, and the astrologer-in-residence at The Cloud Room in Seattle. In addition to working directly with individuals, couples, and organizations, Stephanie teaches workshops and writes about holistic well-being. Her work has been featured in Refinery 29, Seattle Magazine, City Arts, Bustle, MindBodyGreen, and other outlets. Stephanie earned a Certificate in EcoPsychology from Pacifica University, Advanced Diploma in Coaching from New York University, and M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
