To queer astrology is to hold space all of the possibilities of the full spectrum of human experience, empowering us to reclaim our authentic expression. This lecture will take a brief look at the history of queer astrology, suggest alternative approaches to common astrological delineations, provide a basic framework for ethical practice and give examples of ways creativity and somatic exploration can make astrology more inclusive to facilitate more supportive and precise interpretations. Amanda will include chart examples with client stories as well as an experiential exercise to illustrate the ways the archetypes are alive within each of us as unique expressions of the infinite.
