Hellenistic astrology took two thousand years to make its way across the ocean to the United States. The ripples began in the 1950’s and by the early 1990’s the waves were lapping at our shores, impacting the ways we look at charts.
In this evening presentation of oral history, Demetra will recount her personal anecdotes about events and people who first announced news about this ancient tradition, became inspired, and then handed over their discoveries, excitement, and insights to others.
