Astrological Medicine, or “Astrologo-Physic” was the literal name of a comprehensive medical system widely used throughout the Medieval Middle East and Renaissance Europe until the ‘Enlightenment’. Similar in nature to ‘Traditional Chinese Medicine’ (TCM), and Ayurveda, this system utilized astrological charts for diagnosis, prognosis, remediation and much more. European physicians passed sophisticated University astrological exams prior to obtaining their medical licenses until 1666. The system never died, as renegade physicians continued its practice through the centuries and our present time.
