What brought you to astrology?

My own skepticism about astrology. I spent ten years seeking to disprove it and ended up an astrologer myself.

Why do you practice astrology? What makes it juicy for you?

There’s always more to learn with astrology, from a historical and philosophical perspective and even more to learn from clients and students and how they understand it.

What is your specialty, or focus?

I focus most on education and client work. I’ve also done considerable work on diversifying astrology’s audiences and speakers. I am mostly a traditional astrologer with allowances for modern techniques and ideas.

Is there a planet, sign, or aspect you’ve been exploring lately that represents an archetype or energy that feels important to you right now?

I’m curious about the Jupiter-Saturn cycles from the 20-year conjunction to the each phase and aspect until the next conjunction. I would start from the 1980-81 mutation all the way through to the new era in air.

What is your picture of astrology in the future?

We see all kinds of new ideas from around the globe with their contributions to astrology.

Are there any additional comments you would like to make about your lecture and workshop?

No, not anything I have said in the promo material.

If you discovered a new planet, or asteroid, what would you name it and why?

I wouldn’t rush to name it. I think that’s been our problem in the last century. In fact, we mostly haven’t named planets as astrologers. That’s been the province of astronomers and we fall in line with the name’s mythology and grok on some meanings with it. Maybe we should observe how it works and see if there are any observational correlations with it.
