Event Details

It’s not only difficult to figure out solar returns, it can be doubly difficult when you learn that there’s an ancient way to do them and more contemporary ways to do them.

In a day long workshop, 10 am – 4p PDT with a 1 to 1.5 hour lunch break, Reynolds will introduce and discuss a variety of solar return methods from Classical astrologers like Valens and Abu Ma’shar to Contemporary astrologers like Mary Fortier Shea, Ray Merriman, Marc Penfield and a host of others.

Participants will not only have opportunities to work on their own solar returns, they will also have plenty of examples to figure out how to tie together diverse methods together to construct accurate and clearer pictures for years ahead (or behind, if you want to understand your past better).

Note: The WSAA board has decided that all lectures and workshops for season 2020-2021 will be Online via a Zoom classroom.
